If you are just getting started online with Internet Marketing and/or Network Marketing one key thing you need to focus on is building a list.  This list will contain prospects that are interested in what you are offering.  If you are building a Network Marketing business this list will contain others that are either already in Network Marketing or those thinking about getting started in Network Marketing.

The reason you are building this list is so that you will have a data base to communicate with to share information that you find will benefit them.  This list will also be your potential customer base and in many cases down the road may turn into team members of your Network Marketing company.

A great way to start building this list is to offer FREE information in exchange for thier name and email address.  You can see an example of this on this site.

I will cover building mailing list in more depth over the next several days, however one thing that you will want to have is an autoresponder to handle your list.  I use Aweber and have been very happy with them.  You can check out Aweber by clicking HERE.

A few days back I discussed the topic of investing in yourself.  I hope that this topic spurred you to begin to invest in yourself and start spending time regularly working on you.

As 2008 begins to come to a close I have decided to increase the time I am spending on investing in myself.  In looking at what this looks like I have decided to spend 1-2 hours daily working on myself.  In this time I have decided to focus on the following activities: reading, taking a training course or listening to audio.

I have a long list of topics that I want to attack before the end of the year.

For 2009 I have already marked goals down around self development and to achieve these will continue to spend daily time working on myself.

If you haven’t started spending time working on yourself daily, go ahead and end 2008 with some time doing so - it will allow you to enter into 2009 sharper and more focused so that you can attack your goals with success.
