This morning I have been looking over my goals and thinking about where I am going and how am I going to get there. As I have been doing this I have been picturing what life will be like as my goals are completed.
Are you doing this with your goals ? Are you seeing what life will be like once they are achieved? If not you should start doing so.

As you build your brand and your network marketing recruiting funnel have you taken time to view yourself as an asset and something that you need to invest in?
If you haven’t realized yet that you are truly your greatest asset and deserve to be invested in then you need to stop and ponder this thought.
If you neglect investing in yourself your business could potentially suffer.
Investing in your health and well being
Taking care of yourself and keeping yourself in good health is very important to help you create success in your life. If you are in poor health and not taking time to eat right, exercise, sleep and relax you can have a negative impact on your earning potential.
Just think of it this way — if you don’t have good health what is it going to matter if you are making a fortune in your business.
Investing in Your Education
Investing in your education is a very important thing to do as you are building a business and working at improving your life. This education can be a combination of both formal and informal education.
Please don’t get so wrapped up in education that you feel you have to learn everything before you start working your business, but do take take time to educate yourself.
Take time to invest in training and education that will help you become a better business person and a better networker. This training could include classes on speaking and marketing and organization and leadership.
Investing in Your Personal Development
Personal development is an important key to never stop doing. This involves working on your character and growing strong personal traits.
A couple of personal development you could focus on are Self discipline and courage.
Self discipline - In order to become a great leader you need to set good examples and having self discipline is a great way to do so. Having self discipline simply means that you have the power to follow the direction you have set out on regardless of the obsticles.
Courage - Often not having courage to change keeps people where they are, which in some cases is poor and unhappy. Work on your courage so that you are able to take reasonable risks and stop looking back and saying I should have done that.
Spending time investing and developing yourself will keep you sharp and on task. Keeping yourself fully tuned will allow you to have greater success in all activities you set out to complete.
Using the Internet for your Network Marketing recruiting is a wonderful way to get started as well as grow your team. As you set-up your online recruiting system the following are things that you will want to have in place:
1) A blog - this is where you can post information for peopled to see to establish yourself as a resource. The focus should be on sharing information and resources with others interested in Network Marketing. You can drip on them periodically with information on your primariy program, but the focus should be on sharing information so that you begin to establish yourself as a resource in the field.
I recommend hosting your own blog using a tool such as WordPress, however to get started right away you can select a FREE host to host your blog. Here are some places that you can use to get set-up quickly with a blog and in most cases for Free:
Freevlog - Designed for video blogging and completely free.
2) Social Networking Profiles - you will need to be on a few social networks so that you can be seen and communicate what you have to offer as a resources for other network marketers. This will help you add more contacts and become better known. The social networks that you need to target are:
MySpace - this is a place where you will find a lot of others interested in Network Marketing and it is a great place to participate in.
FaceBook - Facebook has become one of the top networks to be involved in lately and is great for meeting like minded individuals
My Private Classroom - This is a new network that I have recently found for network marketers and I have found it very useful. It is full of training information and a great place to connect with other network marketers. ( When you join please say you were referred by Stefanie Blackburn)
The Better Networker - This is another great site for users to connect with other network marketers and exchange information and become known in the niche.
3. Twitter - Twitter is a micro-blogging tool and is one of the hotest tools out there right now. It is great for connecting to other networkers and is powerful to build relationships and get traffic to your other profiles and your blog.
4. An Autoresponder - One key thing that you want to do when you are using an online recruiting system is to build a list. This list is so that you can communicate with other networkers and provide them with information and tools that they can use. You can also offer them information on your funded proposal, which we will discuss next and even your opportunity. The autoresponder that I suggest is Aweber.
5. A Funded Proposal - this is a product that you can offer to network marketers that will help them build their business. I personally use Magnetic Sponsoring and love it. This link will take you to the 7 Day FREE Video Bootcamp from Magnetic Sponsoring. A Funded Proposal allows you to make some income upfront as you build your network marketing business.
6. A Squeeze Page - A Squeeze page is a simple one page web page that allows you to capture your prospects name and email address in exchange for something. This something could be a FREE report or video or a newsletter.

Today I wanted to talk about your TEAM and the power of that TEAM. Remember TEAM stands for Together Everyone Achieves More.
This week we had the opportunity to meet with our team that we are working World Ventures with. Meeting with our team members and sharing information and ideas was wonderful and it reminded me how important teams are in network marketing and in life in general.
As networkers one of our biggest goals should be to build a team and help every member of that team succeed - if they are ready. In building this team it is important to have an idea of what strengths and weaknesses that the members have so that strengths can be emphazied and weaknesses can be overcome with support of the team.
